Best Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

I love cookies, especially chocolate chip cookies. Don’t you? They’re just so warm and cozy and gooey and delicious. Oh my gosh, I’m craving one right now!

I have spent many many weeks trying to create the perfect cookie. I made probably 6 or so batches of cookies to do so and came out with, what I think, is the perfect chewy choc chip cookie!

These cookies are so delicious and super easy to make! I can’t say much more about them so I think you should just go make them and see for yourself!

Ingredients
 1 cup salted butter (melted)
 1 cup brown sugar
 ½ cup granulated sugar
 2 large eggs
 2 tsp vanilla extract
 3 cups all purpose flour
 2 tsp baking soda
 ½ tsp salt
 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 F

Add melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar to the bowl of a stand mixer and mix until smooth and creamy.

Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract.

Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt carefully until combined. Dough will be soft.

Stir in the chocolate chips.

Using and ice cream scoop, tightly scoop out dough and place onto parchment lined baking sheet or greased with coconut oil. Do not roll into balls.

Bake for 11 minutes exactly. Do not over bake. Cookies may look under done but they will set as they cool.

Let cookies rest for 5 minutes and then transfer to cooling rack.

Enjoy with a cold glass of your favorite milk!
Store in an airtight container.
