Preheat oven to 350 F
Add melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar to the bowl of a stand mixer and mix until smooth and creamy.
Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract.
Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt carefully until combined. Dough will be soft.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Using and ice cream scoop, tightly scoop out dough and place onto parchment lined baking sheet or greased with coconut oil. Do not roll into balls.
Bake for 11 minutes exactly. Do not over bake. Cookies may look under done but they will set as they cool.
Let cookies rest for 5 minutes and then transfer to cooling rack.
Enjoy with a cold glass of your favorite milk!
